Is Tank now a lightweight or not?

It irritates me, since he is not listed in boxrec as a lw and to me it would not make so much sense since he is very small and garcia, even haney would tower and loma is the best boxer on earth and the thoughest match up for him.

Is your problem that Davis ain't rated yet in the rating system? He will be after the Gamboa-fight.
