Yh I remember that. Looks like a tramp. Someone asked him at the Pov presser if he was gonna cut it. He did say he was, but he didn’t.

If you’ve ever read the story of Samson you’ll know what AJ is tapping into. I noticed he was much stronger when he fought Povetkin and it’s no coincidence that his hair was longer.

I heard him interviewed a couple of days ago and he said he's done it because he's trying to capture the spirit of the 70s.
He particularly cited Ron Lyle and his fight with Foreman.
Also referenced Ali and how he has worked more on his boxing technique and less on weights, strength and conditioning.
I don't really understand how having a 70s style mini afro is going to benefit him, but he seems to believe it will, so we shall see.
