I mean - the opponents in their primes and in their natural weight divisions only.

It's difficult to perfectly meet those stipulations because it's rarely clear that you've just seen the very best version of someone lose. (Perhaps if he were at his best he'd have won...) Having said that, the list that is hardest to beat is: Barrera twice, Hatton, Marquez two and a half times, Morales twice, Larios, De la Hoya, Mosley, Bradley twice, and Broner.
