What about dokes? He may have been the king partier. Rarely gets mentioned with the biggest squandered talent. He was up all night and wired when he lost his belt.

I wouldn't say no power, but his strength was certainly speed. like Leon, a lot of talent was lost to severe substance abuse.

Dokes always seemed to do damage with his punches. He wasn't Tyson or Cooney, but he could hurt his opponents.

Very true. But I feel he didn't have elite power. When it was coming through for him, the drug abuse kicked in.
