Shame he's 33 and needs to be fast tracked, as he was a top amateur for years. Hopefully we now see Majidov kick on too, as he's another older guy who doesn't have time to waste.

Keep an eye on young brothers Ginjiro and Yudai Shigeoka if you like fighters being fast tracked

Nice amateur career including 2 Olympics and 5 times in the World Championships!! Too bad he stayed in the amateurs so long. At 33 it may be too late for Maestre, even though he's being fast -tracked!!

Impressive amateur resume and a very good early start in the pros. As already mentioned, he’ll need the longevity of a Bernard Hopkins to have a long career.
