Are these guys are on collision course down the road ? Right now, who is the better fighter ?

Ennis looked better, but Ortiz faced better fighters. Speaking on collision course, i think both of them want title shot and not to fight each other. And honestly, welterweight champions are too much for these boys IMO so maybe they will take an L before they meet each other.

Ennis is quicker and throws blistering combinations to head and body, but Ortiz definitely hits harder. It would be a classic matchup even now but I dont seem them facing each other until one or both of them has won a world title belt. I look forward to following the development of both of these future superstars.
Although Jaron's latest victim Eyubov is just a durable brawler what impressed me last night was that Ennis showed more punching power from the southpaw stance. That's a development that "Boots" hadnt shown before and it wouldnt surprise me if Ennis turns into another Bud Crawford in his terms of his ability to switch seamlessly from lefty to righty!! That's a plus in any fighter's arsenal.
