Interesting
Also, out of interest, in John Hotten's excellent book MUSCLE about the rivalries and factions in the current Bodybuilding scene, Dorian Yates trainer talks ( albeit in a few lines ) about how he worked with Gomez before the Arthur fight to help him hit wight properly by eating regular small meals to increase metabolism rather than the trad appoach of starving.
He also now works ith Hatton.
The book is worth reading anyway, but this is an interesting little aside in it

Gomez did look in great shape for the Arthur fight, he looked like a different fighter that night.

Yeah, I remember Gomez saying he was eating 5 meals a day and X litres of water in the Arthur fight build-up.
Reading that interview, you can see the potential for trouble at the Arthur-Docherty showdown. Like Gomez I will be cheering on Docherty, but I make him a healthy (not heavy

) underdog.
