Villaflor is more durable and the bigger puncher, while Shibata is faster and the better boxer. I think Shibata rebounds from the devastating 1st round loss, and cautiously outboxes a slightly over confident Villaflor in route to a close UD with a margin of victory around 2-3 pts.
