I would say that it's probably for the best and he's got plenty of other stuff going on to keep himself busy.

Must have gotten a decent payday against Chris Algieri.. Took a bit of a beating though.

Glad he's decided to hang em up. Entertaining fighter. That Brizuela fight was unreal. Bags of heart. Good luck to him...

Glad he has hung ‘em up. There was a thread a while back sharing a video with him and Jamie Moore and his trainer was saying that he hoped he would retire (or words to that effect). Nothing left to prove and nothing more he could have achieved. Done great things for his community by all accounts

Must admit I thought he’d already retired. He had a great career, definitely made the most of his abilities and was always a good watch.

Good luck and the right call I'd say, he always gave his all, it's a bit cliche but he never left anything in the ring, fun guy who'll be missed on the domestic circuit

I watched him come up from the schoolboys and he was an annoying little chav but slowly developed/matured into a great roll model.

Should go into politics?

Tbh, I found it hard to like him for some reason. I know nothing about his community work etc

I never rated him all that highly, but he was a decent domestic level fighter who gave us a few memorable nights.

Good luck to him for the future.
