I thought of the Minter fight but left it out because they were both boxing away, same reason I left out a few more including Jamie McDonnell beating the Japanese lad in the states

Williams over Tyson, Tyson was shot but was still an upset and pretty exciting at the time although I admit there are better deserving ones.

Also deserving of a nod are Ingle over Jones, Hamed over Kelly, Degale over Dirrel, Andries over Harding, Haye over Mormeck and Mcollough over the Japanese fella (?)
