Legally, if a settlement agreement (which is what was reached here to end the matter) is procured by fraud (i.e. the alleged false witness statements provided to UKAD) it can be deemed unenforceable and that would entitle UKAD to reopen the matter.

Firstly, do not trust the daily mail. Secondly, would this even surprise anyone? Aren't we all pretty unanimous in believing the wild boar story was a fabricated cover up? Unless this leads to UKAD re-opening his case (which it wouldn't considering they technically gave him a suspension already and nearly bankrupted themselves) then this will change nothing.
