Though many have done worse and are still adored. Mayweather was in prison for domestic violence. Tyson was in prison for rape. Corrales served time for abusing his pregnant wife..... the list goes on.
The sport has a lot of wrong 'uns. We pay to see them punch and get punched - and without a governing body that can ban fighters for 'bringing the sport into disrepute', the option to support is left up to the fans.

I don’t agree with a lot of things he’s said and done before but I found that video very funny and think people should lighten up a bit. That video is comical

Saunders is a disgusting character, everyone outside of the traveling community appreciates that already.

Who would buy a ticket to a Saunders event or PPV ? It's why he has to be the away fighter, he wouldn't sell out York Hall.

Sky have a decision to make. They're running an ad campaign, championing women in sport. How can they justify broadcasting Saunders ? They can't.

Theyve had worse. Carragher was spitting at folk and kept his job. Will be interesting to see what they do though

Mike Tyson was a real scumbag but also seems to be reformed and humbled. You can't really compare him to Saunders. Mike was beyond a thug; he was an animal, a savage, just a very very dangerous man. I wouldn't be surprised if I heard he'd done anything growing up- murder, other rapes, whatever- and he's a damaged soul. He seems repentant and keeps himself out of trouble now so I think people can respect that. I respect it.

Billy Joe is none of the above. He's just a tit. I think people are allowed to dislike him. Haven't seen the video though: I might find it funny. I've seen other ones of his and he is so unfunny it's painful, but I'll reserve judgement on this one.

I agree with that, Tyson seems to be an intelligent and introspective person and probably suffers from inner demons a lot, I can imagine it anyway.

I can't imagine Billy Joe Saunders ever having that problem.
