Chul Baek was able to overcome the size advantage vs Obelmejias but Fulguencio was 36, and hadn’t fought for awhile. In his prime, IMO, Fulgencio was a heck of a fighter who came along at the wrong time (couldn’t beat Hagler), kind of like Roldán. A prime Obelmejias would have KO’d Chul Baek,
