A developed Howard Davis jr wins by close Ud. However we know how Davis career turned out so Ismael Laguna by UD.

When in shape, he was a terrific fighter. Very slick and mobile. A complete fighter. I still can't figure how did he lost the next two fights with the great Carlos Ortiz, especially the rubber match in which Laguna was far from the one of the first fight in Panama City, Panama.
