Mike Tyson v SBW 2020

I'm seeing posts on Facebook saying this could possibly happen (very unlikely in my opinion). All the comments are saying it would be a bloodbath, Tyson would KO Sonny Bill with the first punch. I think that's extreme casual talk. What do you think? Let's say an 8 round fight in Vegas, normal fight (not an exhibition).

Sonny Bill Williams is a novice that hasn't boxed for more than five years.
Mike Tyson hasn't fought for almost fifteen years.
How on earth can we speculate on the potential outcome of a bout between two men that no longer fight, since we’re clearly not talking about their primes?
If they do fight, it won’t happen until 2021, by which time Tyson would be on the cusp of turning 55 years of age, almost two decades older than Sonny Bill Williams.
The American (by his own admission) hasn’t trained properly since his retirement fifteen years ago (and has also regularly faced issues with his weight), whereas the Kiwi has always lived the life of a professional athlete, because that’s what he is.
If it does happen, it’ll only be an exhibition, since Tyson won’t be seeking a license to make a proper full-time comeback, meaning that it will simply be charitable event where there won’t be scorecards and nor will there be any KO’s either.
I don’t think either man would try to dominate or hurt their opponent. It’ll probably be a friendly affair that will appear to be moderately competitive in nature.

Honestly if Mike is gonna make a comeback against a fellow old man. Why not Bernard Hopkins?
Apparently John Fury is calling him out now

Nigel Benn was meant to make a comeback too. I think this will go down the same route.
Mike Tyson probably made a throw away comment, that the media have now twisted into him making a sensational return.

Tyson might as well fight Homer Simpson!
Drederick Tatum couldn't put Simpson down; Tyson should see if he can.

Drederick Tatum was about to put Homer 6 feet down if not for Moe with a fan on his back pulling his sorry ass outta there

Yeah the ‘Southern Dandy’ was in over his admittedly concrete head there. Despite withstanding the Initial few blows the ‘Brick Hithouse’ was heading for a brutal KO unless the ref saved him from himself.
Scratch that, I just watched it back and the ref only seemed to appear when he broke up Tatum from conversing with Charlie Sheen

As this fight was Tatum's first since being released from prison, I can forgive him for not getting Simpson out of there sooner.

Plus, that was the whole point of the bout. The promoter said so himself "Tatum always ends the fight before the audience can even get drunk!"
