Dubai is full of corona virus ,,, secondly Dubai is not a boxing city.
Catch random 1000 people of street, just 1 person will know who Tyson fury is (except English or American) .
Trust me because i lived in Dubai for decades. Though there are People Who
has money to burn for the sake of anything happening in the city, but no clue
or knowledge of boxing fights in history

Boxers are overpaid, gotta have an audience for anything remotely big. Look at Arum's line up, he's changed tune up title defenses to non title fights.

I don't know about least important, there's some sports you only hear about during the Olympics, and they otherwise don't exist.

But it's definitely well down the list.

I think you'll see NBA, MLB shortly, football for sure, golf in real short order. UFC is already back. Boxing in a couple weeks, just not going to have big fights without crowds.

If Pulev and Wilder and Wilder will not step aside to allow Fury vs Joshua, then they should say fine, hold those bouts without audiences and pay them less money. But what they will probably do is nothing but wait to see what the virus does.

"That's going to be one of our September cards, where we're going to be open to, hopefully, spectators," said Bob Arum, who is guardedly optimistic that by this time there will be a limited amount of fans let into sporting events."
