Next Beterbiev fight

As far as i know, Beterbiev must deal with mandratory challenger Fanlong. Is there a reason they should not fight ASAP? No audience boxing is probably not good for Beterbiev - Bivol unification so maybe they should deal with mandatories asap. At age of 35, Beterbiev is not going to be any younger.
