Golota by KO. Moorer could have had a bit more of class and much more of mentality, but with his chin I can't see Moorer surviving against the Bowe bout version of Golota.

Moorer by late stoppage after getting hurt/dropped himself

Well considering that in his prime Golota could never defeat his own worst enemy...himself. I think he'd once again lose to himself.
I think he'd do well early in the fight. Possibly drop Moorer, and win a lot of the early rounds, but when Moorer kept hanging around, and boxing well, and Golota started to feel tired he'd resort to dirty tactics and either get himself DQ'd or lose enough points that he'd lose the fight.
Because of Golota's ever present flaws. I have a hard time imagining him winning fights that would otherwise be 50/50.

Yeah, Golota indeed lost all his main bouts. Grant fight was another example of him blowing it after he had nearly got it. But he was robbed against Ruiz. Foulish dirty clinching machine had Don King's currupt aid quite often.
