Was Frazier developed enough in 1968 to win this bout; was Liston too far past his peak to win ?

Frazier was right on the verge of being crowned Heavyweight Champion, and Sonny Liston was on his last legs.
Frazier would've won this, and won it easy.
Prime for Prime it's a competitive bout. In 1968. It's all Joe.

I would go with Joe Frazier here. He was up and coming and Sonny was on the decline. I believe the pressure of Frazier would be too much for Liston to handle. Joe inside the distance. If it was prime vs prime it would be much closer and competitive.
