He's probably never fought without them so he's scared to even try now, it's probably a psychological issue. That's my take on it.

Cause at 300+ pounds no peds, miller could possibly lose even to forrest. How dose miller beat forrest? he isnt much of a puncher, he wins by just voluming people while having a solid chin. But forrest is a bit of a mover, and at 300lbs, no drugs, trying to volume a mover is going to end in a heart attack more times than a KO win...

(it could actually just be carry over microscopic amounts from his old useage, but my point is drug free miller could potentialy lose to nearly anyone, i didnt rate him on PEDs but his style is nearly impossible to use at that weight without drugs.)
