Both fighers gifted with amazing speed, reflexes, skills and technique.

Leonard with the more efficient offensive arsenal, and the grit to get in there and make a firefight out of it if outboxing you isn't working, would win. Because he had more ways to win.

Leonard, because he fought and won over better competition and was the more complete fighter as he had more power. I hated him.

Leonard without much doubt. Obviously, Floyd was talented, but a lot in his case was dependant on the discipline, while his biggest wins came after he established an utterly defensive style. Leonard was a pure talent, he was faster, slicker and more diverse. Their fight would have been tactical, Leonard would outwork and outscore Floyd.

Sugar Ray Leonard. Bigger, stronger, faster and taller.

The only thing that Pretty Boy Floyd had over Sugar Ray was defense.

Leonard by decision.

I agree he's not a sharper defender, but he's such a more aggressive offender that he'd outhustle Floyd in the in-between moments.

He'd shine just enough. Even if Floyd was on his A game.

Another thing about this matchup is that Pretty Boy Floyd has never fought someone as fast and strong like Sugar Ray. But, Sugar Ray has fought someone like close to Floyd before.

Floyd would land his right hand very frequently. Ray out hustles him, pretty tight decision. 47 would obviously be a better spot for Floyd.
