Former Bomber Graham victim is in trouble.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. Former boxer Vinny Paz will lose his driver's license for three months as part of a deal with prosecutors over his refusal to take a breathalyzer test during a police stop last month.

A judge dismissed a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest at a brief court hearing Monday. Prosecutors asked that the charge be dropped as part of the plea agreement. Paz admitted in traffic court on Dec. 30 that he refused the breathalyzer test.

I hope he is not going off the rails, I am a big fan always have a soft spot for him (as I will for Tapia).

That was another good performance by Bomber, Pazienza still had a little bit too offer back then.

He is hall of fame bound.

I think they told Paz to do the straight line walking test and he said something like "I've been in 60 ring wars, what do you expect?"

Yes, deal - if only he could have got out of the ropes vs Brewer - that still upsets me.

Although, no way would he have beaten Hearns, Hagler and Leonard.

I think what's an even bigger shame was that Graham nearly beat Mike McCallum in 1989 - if I remember correctly Graham had a point deducted for push/body check and then lost a split decision by 1 point. Graham still had a lot left at that point and with the middleweight division the way it was could have made some noise.
