I thought this was a thread about food fights, custard pies etc I was going to recommend tomatoes.
For watching fights you need something where you don't need to take your eyes off the screen, monkey nuts, popcorn, chips, lemonade. Healthier food, raw carrots, celery sticks, satsumas, oranges, jacket potatoes, quorn hotdogs, corn on the cob.

I hardly ever have real food whilst watching sport, I feel like I can’t concentrate properly on either activity. At most I’ll have a pack of crisps or nuts to go with my beers. If I’m really pushing the boat out, maybe some popcorn.

A big tub of Pringles and some imported German beer.
I like the beef chilli idea though. Might try that and cheese and crackers during the next late night fight.

Bit surprised at this thread, can’t remember ever eating while watching a fight. Who eats chilli and cold meats at 5AM? If I’m up late of a night and I eat anything it usually knocks me out worse than anyone in the ring.

Same here, getting up in the middle of the night is bad enough, having a belly full of chilli or pizzas would kill me for 3 days haha

When I have to stay away at daft o clock to watch a US card here in the UK, I just wake up. Sit on the sofa half asleep and try to stay awake. Unless I’m not alone then you have someone to talk to.

I used to find myself awake at that time every week anyway, then remember there was a fight on!
Nowadays it’s usually a Sunday morning job but I might chose to stay up getting pissed with a few buddies and watch it sometimes, food is really never in the equation
