Yoka Vs Duhaupas 25th Sept

I haven't added a poll as I don't imagine many here would pick Duhaupas to win. However, he is tough and this is a good step up for Yoka and we will get to see some more rounds from him.
With all that said, I would love for Duhaupas to pull it out the bag and win this one...

Put a poll up..
When does Yoka finish Duhaupas?
1-3 round
4-6 rounds
7-9 rounds
10-12 round
Decision win

Added that for you. What do you think? Not sure if Duhaupas will still have enough in him at 39 to take shots for 12 rounds.

Nice one.
I'm torn between 10-12 round or a decision..
Picked the former..
Duhaupas can be quite durable, especialy depending on who he's fighting..
Who knows, Yoka might blow him out and force a stoppage.. I don't think it'll be early though.
He has fought bigger guys in the past, example: Dimitrenko
He beat him in 3 rounds..
Let's see how Duhaupas fights.. He may not even want to win. There's the difference.

I agree.
Yoka Vs Takam would look good after this. Not sure how popular any of them are in France but I'd imagine that matchup following on from this would be the biggest set of heavyweight fights they've had in a long long time.

The durable journeyman Duhaupas, who is on the cusp of turning forty years of age, will be stopped between rounds five and eight.
Duhaupas isn't going to be competitive, but Tony needs the rounds regardless, because his bout against Johann will only be his third outing in roughly 27 months.
You could easily argue that Yoka has taken a backward step in terms of the calibre of opponents he's facing, because I don't think he's fought anyone better than Dave Allen since June 2018.

It will probably be a dull affair with Yoka decisioning Duhaupas wide.

I'm going to put a few quid on Duhaupas. You can't compare him to Dimitrenko.

Yoka does not impress me much and Duhappas has a semi good chin.
Mmmore than likely a decision win for Yoka.
But a large knock out 10-12 would not surprise me

Wilder finished Duhaupas in the last third but Yoka can do it earlier, giving the circumstances.

thing is Yoka is not a big name in france for boxing and wont be until he wins something major which is highly unlikely anyway .
the french are fickle like that especially when the guy lives in the US rather than stay here .

Yoka hasn't fought in a year. He's not going to try to end it early, he wants to get some rounds in.
He won't even try to finish it in the first 6 rounds, and after that Duhaupas will hold on. Super-supplemented Jarrell Miller couldn't finish him in 12, nor could a roided-to-the-gill Erkan Teper, and Yoka's no Wilder or even Povetkin when it comes to 1-punch KOs.
Very late TKO or wide decision win.

Povetkin is a Bum, he couldn't beat Hughie Fury and hardly won on points
