Paladin Press is offering a book called How To Box that is a collection of boxing articles that first appeared in the New York Evening World in 1899. Included are How To Box by Terry McGovern and How To Build Muscle by Jim Corbett. Other articles are on bag punching and walking and breathing. The book is 192 pages and goes for $18.00.
