Kiko threw a spanner in the works that night didn’t he? Quigg and Frampton at the time jostling for the right World title shot to put themselves in the power position.
Looking at it what in gods name were Romero’s team doing? Martinez wasn’t old at all and always makes it uncomfortable because he comes out like a greyhound comes out the traps. Surely they watched him against Bernard Dunne.
