Yup. Can’t see Mugabi KOing Chavez but would certainly beat him up enough for a stoppage

Chavez didn't even box at Middleweight did he ?
If the question is could he move up at a certain point and challenge Mugabi, that would be tough depending which Mugabi he ran into, he went 25-0 all by stoppage just prior to the Hagler fight.
Chavez lost at 147 to De La Hoya, Welterweight was roughly about his limit, throw on another 14 pounds and it starts to become a stretch.
Under those circumstances put me down for Mugabi.

Depends what mood Jr is in, physically he'd be able to stand up to the overrated Mugabi and take the beating. If he's up for it he could last , if he wasnt it could be another mid rounds quit like in his last fight
