Is Prince Naseem the biggest showboater in boxing history? If not, who do you think is?
To be honest, sometimes it is funny when showboating goes wrong. Therefore, I decided to make a video on this topic, where I discuss 10 instances when showboating went wrong, the last one the list is just too satisfying ;)

Everything Hamed did inside the ring was him emulating other fighters.
The ring entrance was Chris Eubank Sr. There’s even a video of Hamed as a young child sat ringside watching one of Eubank’s jump rope ring entry.
Hamed even copied certain aspects of Eubank’s cocky fake persona and posturing.
The hands by your side elusiveness was definitely copied from Herol ‘Bomber’ Graham.
This became the template adopted by all Brendan Ingle fighters. They all tried to follow the footsteps of Herol ‘Bomber’ Graham. Take a look at Johnny Nelson against Carlos De Leon and you’ll see what I mean.
Other aspects of his showmanship were copied from other fighters too.
Also, Hamed wasn’t particularly good with his trash talk either (not very eloquent). That might have been the weakest aspect of his showmanship game.

That is actually a very interesting way of seeing it. I never thought of it that way. Good point.
