My pick is pov because that combo , jab-slip-lead hand uppercut is some high level skill and power stuff, beautiful stuff

Pov without a doubt, jab-slip-uppercut, absolutely text book whereas Joe's was the result of a fairly sloppy lead right.

Povetkin's uppercut was so powerful, it lifted Whyte's right foot off the ground. Just vicious.

Both of those were come from behind shots as well. In both of those cases the guy that scored the vicious KO uppercut ending was behind on the cards.
In the case of Joe George he had won the 1st fight with that opponent in controversial fashion.
