Charlo double header PPV UK 26th Sep.

The big US show is available in UK on FITE tv, £14.99. That’s a great deal for a genuine big show, as opposed to Matchrooms usual recycled claptrap
Anyone tried em yet ?

lol why are they calling it two cards? it's all the same show, same venue, etc isnt it
might as well say each fight is it's on card and just go all out with 5 ppvs for the price of 1

Here’s me hoping Sky or Bonxation would have picked it up.
I’m guessing Tank-LSC will be on FITE too.

I guess they didn’t want to fork out.
I take it FITE take profits just like others.. split 50-50 of revenue? Who knows. This way, if anyone wants to actually watch it, they’ll go out their way and pay for this.

It’s quite short sighted by PBC. Not many people in the U.K. will pay for this and it won’t have a great deal of promotion over like it would have done if it was being shown on Sky or BT.
I would guess a couple of thousand people over here will buy the PPV. £30k gross, £25k net revenue so PBC will make, I would guess, £10-£15k out of it. I’d be surprised if Sky or BT wouldn’t match that and then it would at least be watched by more people over here.
For what it’s worth whilst the Charlos are good fighters and there are some decent fights on the undercard, I don’t like them enough to pay for the PPV.
It’s strange isn’t it - I was happy to pay for the Whyte/Taylor combo PPV because I like both Whyte and Taylor - but not this and the quality of fighters on this show is higher.

Partly and partly because I’m indifferent to the Charlos as to whether they win or lose.

Same. They’re definitely good boxers/fighters.. but couldn’t care less about them. I preferred Jarrett Hurd.

I watched Al Siesta's Belarus shows on Fite and they worked fine. Sky don't tend to pick anything up these days unless there's a direct link to their Matchroom product or it's a massive fight. allegedly TV is done apart from cheapo Russian cards or South African IBO crap.

So if I by it do I only have the option of watching live? I'd pay if I could watch it the next morning.
Madness to only offer it live if that's the case.

Not to be a hater, but I would be stunned if they do 1,000 UK buys. In fact, I'd guess that they might not even do 500.
I just don't see a demand.

Yes Looks like you can just hit the replay option next morning.
I just purchased card, the app looks good, casts to your TV
£1499 five world title fights ~ amazing value.
I think in the US it’s $75

FITE TV is really good, you can watch the replays ETC. Making good in roads this year as they also do all the Top Ranks cards for the UK on a subscription basis. Really is a shame that none of the UK TV companies are picking much up from the US though.

Because it’s worth 15 smackers to watch 5 titles fights live, or “as live” Instead of arsing about on YouTube and Twitter and probably getting the results for your troubles as well..

Ya, and then you gotta watch out for the side bar too, and also try not to see how long the video is, cause that often at least gives away a method of victory

Figueroa v Vazquez is a hell of a watch, serious output from both men.
