Bonecrusher by late KO. The start would be in Mathis' favor, but eventually the fight would go more intense and competetive, Smith would pull out a victory.

12 Rounds is not enough for me, but 15 rounds would be classic.
Under the 15 round limit, Mathis Sr. would out-box Smith through the early rounds, but Bonecrusher would find a way to chop him down with jabs and body punches before KO Mathis Sr. with a big right hand by the 13th round.
