Here's another interesting one, Mexican fighter Quirino Garcia (sometimes spelt Kirino Garcia)

He lost his first 18 fights but ended up in a few title fights and ended up with wins over Jorge Vaca, Terrance Alli, Frankie Randell, Meldrick Taylor and Simon Brown. Albeit most were near the end of their careers but Garcia also lost decisions to highly touted David Reid and Danny Green.

He should have gotten the decision against David Reid if I recall well.

The decision in the Reid fight reasonably could have went his way but didn't. I believe that fight was on Fox. Saw him a few times, I think the others were the early days of Friday Night Fights or the Tuesday Night Fights on TNT before that.
Tough journeyman who could expose an overhyped prospect or confirm a former title holder no longer belonged at that level.
