Who would you like to see Teófimo López fight next?

I think Devin Haney or Gervonta Davis would be best.

Or a rematch with Vasyl Lomachenko.

I would love to see Lomachenko rematch. But considering he had shoulder surgery, Kambosos - Selby winner is most realistic option, which should be easy win for Lopez

Haney, Davis, Garcia, of course. He's undisputed champ, gotta fight best.

Mauricio Sulaiman in a fight to the death.

He'll fight one of 'em tops, and then go up to 140. That's why he was in such a rush to fight Loma. He ain't gonna be a Lightweight long and he knows it.

Davis, Haney or Garcia.

Maybe Kambosos assuming he beats Selby.

Ryan Garcia had 1st round devastating KO's vs. Duno and Fonseca...He's too quick for Lopez, Tank, or Haney. That left hook will do damage..

Rematch with Loma but Loma has gone for surgery so Haney. Davis will price himself out. Probably Haney too.

Is he undisputed though. Haney has the WBC belt. in this case i agree lopez deserves the WBC belt more, but as fans, are we going to start accepting WBC franchise in lieu of the traditional WBC belt for undisputed? I dont think we should because that will just stregnthen bullshit WBC franchise champ status.

Only fight I'd be interested in seeing him in would be against Danny Garcia. That would be a great fight.

Who is this Haney? Some nobody.

Isnt this Gervonta Davis best known for ducking Lomachenko? Who is interested in such a fighter.

Please no immediate Loma rematch. His upset was enchanting and even non-boxing fans loved it. Let the magic be the magic. Sounds like Loma isn’t in prime shape anyway and needs some time to get his shoulder in gear.

Yes, all that WBC franchise stuff is obviously nonsense, but by the sound logic I just consider Lopez a WBC champion, not Haney. Lomachenko won the vacant belt, he never lost it in the ring or was stripped of it before he faced Lopez. Haney was awaded some paper belt for me.

Yea look in this case i kinda tend to agree but id like to see him fight haney, just to extra consolidate that. and unify the franchise garbage with the WBC...

Garcia or haney. Either works. Potential for a boring fight with haney but I will bet haney heavily if that fight were to happen. Garica would be more chance for fireworks and a KO.

Rematch with Loma. Loma is a longtime champ who deserves it, and it will be interesting to see if he can alter his approach and be aggressive early.

After that Tank or Haney if those fights can be made.

I won't. At least not unless The Sport and the people within it stand up against the WBC's decision.

I didn't say I'd stop making comments about Boxing history up to that point or stuff that is still in my wheelhouse of knowledge.

Over time I'll know less and less about the current scene.

Sure you will. You'll probably be watching Estrada and Roman tomorrow. Not saying you can't do it, the product is ass, but when you're a boxing junkie the thought of missing something great is worse than watching something shitty.

Trust me, onetimeonly was meant for one post!

You're probably right.

I'm gonna try to avoid it though. I do absolutely love the sport. I just want the people within it to love it too, and to stand up for it's legacy.
