Making his professional debut on Friday in a four round fight against Alvin "Slick" Miller, on the Haye/Delaney undercard. Any thoughts on this?

He got knocked out by Billy Bessey (who posts on here) in the ABA finals.

if Billy stopped Young then Miller if he fancies it could do it too...

depends how quick he loses his confidence if Young puts it on him

The bit I saw of him ast the 2004 ABA's didn't impress me to be honest.

I don't know what his goals are but if the bloke is looking anywhere past domestic dust-ups then he's in dreamland surely. Like his mate Audley Harrison.

Don't rate him and don't particularly like what I've heard about him.

He's certainly older than he acts. A mate of mine was indirectly in his company at ringside and he was a complete gobshite and trying to stir up trouble.

Exactly my thoughts, Billy. Yes, his Repton crew have a bad name.

If Ian Lewinson turns over, he should get a crack at Young. Lost two poor decisions to Young as an amateur.

Wonder if Young will hunt down fellow new comer Darren Morgan?

I remember that fight - it was great to look at. It is always good to get one up on arrogance.

I have to admit though I spoke to Joe Young once when he was doing security at a party and he was really friendly.

Talking of Buses, there is a big dude who sometimes gets on the same bus as me to work, he is the spitting image of James Toney.
