Meaning that even if Ronda takes her down, she has to stand up right after because you just really want the Boxer to win?

I'm not sure Ann couldn't just beat her anyway. Hell she has a great deal of size on her. Bout wouldn't have even been sanctioned due to the size differential.

With all the physical advantages Ann already has. Why do you need to give her more by taking away Ronda's only chance?

Ann Wolfe is surely a better striker than that girl. She's probably 6 inches taller than that, and 20 or 30 pounds bigger than that.

And to answer your question. I haven't seen the UFC present any Women fighters larger than Featherweight.

There'd be no money in it. People don't want to see Fat Women fight. In Boxing's Women's Heavyweight division. They're all fat, and other than the 6'8 Vonda Ward who got knocked into a coma by Ann Wolfe, I couldn't name you any of them.

Yeah Cabbage was an automatic to win on the ground so they had to limit the time. Same with Rousey. Give them time, just not unlimited.

It's totally different vs an actual mma fighter, you have to watch out for kicks, knees, elbows, and the take down threat, which throws the entire standup game off. Rousey was an olympic medalist in judo and coulda taken ann down

Ronda vs Cecilia Braekhus or Lucia Rijker or something would make more sense.

Mentally, no. Rousey was an all or nothing fighter, she either felt she was unbeatable or was mentally trashed

but i this match assumes them at their peaks, and wolfe has absolutely f@ck all mma experience. an olympic judo medalist will have plenty of skills in the bag to take down someone even if that person is bigger. wolfe would have no idea what to do once down either.

Ronda was big because she was a pioneer. Not well rounded but she has a historical place in the sport. For awhile she was feared.
