I would like to informed you that former WBA Super Welterweight or Light Middleweight Champion Miguel Angel Castellini had passed away at 73 from COVID-19.

Castellini looked destined for a long reign when he won the WBA light-middleweight title from Jose Duran in Madrid in 1976 at a time when Carlos Monzon and Victor Galindez also held world titles for Argentina. Somehow, Castellini lost the title next time out to the strong but unremarkable Eddie Gazo and never contended again.
