I want to see Inoue vs Casimero and then vs Nery

I want to see the 'Monster' in top fights! 
He should fight Casimero and Ouubali and maybe Rigo at 118, maybe then some top 115 will move up too
Nery would be great but get the feeling that ship has sailed with nery moving up and going to pbc
