Anyone hear the BBC Hurricane tapes? Conclusion..... Artis and Carter ordered the drinks, were refused, then the other two guys shot up the place.
Man, Artis started mumbling nervously once the reporters brought up the Night Spot owner and his pal. Before that, I thought Artis was innocent.
