Wilder: I took Fury rematch for much less than AJ offered me

That's what Wilder says. He earned less for Fury 2 than AJ offered him before that,, but took the lower Fury rematch offer to get revenge

Do you believe him? I know a lot of people think AJ was a ducking bitch, but Wilder was making the aj offer out to be the superior one and that he turned it down because he wanted to beat Fury so bad

Or is Wilder just gone from reality (or do you just want to blame aj and ed for everything)

Hearn mentioned this on Costello & Bunce's podcast, saying "there is a god"

Maybe if AJ had offered it over instagram more people would've taken it seriously and not called him a ducking bum

Not a clue to be honest. So many contrasting stories have been told on this, all by parties with vested interests, that in all likelihood only a very secrecy group of people will really know.

It doesn’t really matter though. Wilder is well out of the picture now given the comprehensive nature of his loss to Fury and needs to rebuild a bit and Fury and Joshua have all the belts. Let’s see if everyone can park their egos enough to get it done?

It sure is an interesting way to run scared if wilder is right, offering a guy much more than by far his biggest payday

Now Wilder and Ortiz have both admitted they got offered career high money, in Ortiz's case his team even admitted that they should've taken the offer and that they regretted it . in fact his trainer sounded downright torn up about it

But still, the money wasn't offered via instagram so surely it's not legit, aj must be a ducking coward. and shelly finkel is god and always truthful and correct

Wilder definitely ducked Joshua, it was obvious at the time and he’s now confirmed it himself. Say what you want about AJ, but he’s consistently been matched hard. Wilder has been protected his whole career, his team know how limited he is.

He took the rematch because he lost the first fight despite what the judges said and the whole world saw it, so they had to take it.
