Thats the one I would chose, I think Hunter will win pretty easily - I assume that is the result you want, but this is a 50:50 fight for a big title, it could turn out one of the performances/events of the year if Woods is successful. Especially if the Brit boys elsewhere do not cause an upset.

go to the hometown show and suport boxing. Woods on the tv, nah. its much better to be there watching live boxing. Besides Woods has been there and done it, couple of fights a year and already probably not too badly off.

Get yourself along to the Michael Hunter v Sean Hughes fight. Woods will take care of himself. Support the local small hall shows, those are the guys who deserve our money. the boxers trying to make a living and the promoters trying to keep live boxing feasable.

We all agree that boxing in this country is not in the best of states, so if we all sit back nice and cosy watching it on TV it will get even worse. Get out and show your support.

And Michael Hunter is at the beginning of his career.
It is a shame once more that his fight is not televised as I hear he’s very exciting.

I would like to go to more small hall Boxing shows but the only ones in Leicester always seem to be those 'Dinner suit' ones, which are not my scene.

What is needed is for there to be a channel which could show these small hall shows. Some of them have terrific atmosphere charged fights, which would translate brilliantly on to the small screen.

In these days of global coverage too many fights are not being shown. In football it's not just the premiership which is televised, and there's plenty of opportunity for footie fans to catch as much as they want, whereas with boxing, you're lucky if

The small hall shows are great, but they are only ever going to appeal to the hardcore fans and the locals, I'd like to see more of these promoters and figthers getting a change to show themselves to a wider audience.

It would be feasable if the promoters without current TV rights worked together. You can get a Digital channel for not that much. Anybody remember that music channel dedicated entirely to one artist - it lasted 6 months and only stopped because she was shite.

It wouldn't even need to be a PPV, aslong as there were competitions, then it would work. A good one would be "Press the red button to enter the competition of predict the outcome".

It wouldn't cost that much if they worked together at paying the finances.
