Will GGG Make the Jump to 168lbs?

Here's what Canelo told ESPN a couple of days ago:
“Golovkin obviously you know that the only fight he wants, maybe to retire, is the fight with ‘Canelo,‘” said Alvarez to ESPN Deportes.
“Right now, the most important thing that we have in mind are other objectives, and the first is Callum Smith and, as Eddy [Reynoso] says, to unify the titles at 168 and continue making history,” Canelo continued. “We will see Golovkin later.”
Therefore, if GGG really wants to cash out, by receiving another Canelo mega-payday, he'll surely have to vacate his IBF middleweight belt immediately after the Kamil Szeremeta mismatch and then challenge fellow Matchroom/DAZN stablemate, Billy Joe Saunders, to capture the WBO's 168lbs title?
Thoughts?![[icon_e_confused.gif]](./images/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif)
