How is wilder about Joshua in the heavyweight rankings on boxrec? Surely no matter what way you look at Joshua should be number 2 and I think wilder should be 5 or 6 in the list.
1.Fury (number 1 with out any arguments undefeated and wbc and ring champ)

2.Joshua (WBE IBF WBO champ lost to ruiz in the 6th round won rematch and defended against his mandatory challenger)


3,uysk (undefeated undisputed cruiserweight champ and number 1 challenger to the WBO. Still needs to prove at legit top 10 at heavyweight)

4.povekin (former WBA regular(bullshit) champ. WBC intrim abd wbc diamond champ and mandatory for fury. Lost twise to klitchko and Joshua)

5. Wilder (former WBC champ lost to fury in the 7th after being dominated in the fight. His record is very padded and just really depends on a big right hand. Only real stand outs on his record are ortiz and fury)

For one thing Joshua got knocked out in 5 rounds by Ruiz Jnr. Even without the explanation of the boxrec points system I'm not convinced that Joshua deserves to be rated above Wilder at this point anyway.

josh has much stronger wins overall, avenged the loss easily and widely, and isnt the one whose only fight in the past year is a 52-60 drubbing. rankings and momentum are fluid and he's easily ahead of wilder at this point.

josh: wlad, povetkin, whyte, parker, pulev, ruiz, takam, martin (ko'd washington), breazeale (one of wilder's very top wins, aj fought him after only 2.5 years pro, not 10), molina

wilder: ortiz, stiv, breazeale, szpilka, washington, duhaupas, scott, faded arreola, molina ?

look at any top 10/15 in the last few years and aj is the fighter who has beaten the most ranked guys
