Interesting Fight On Saturday

The main supporting fight to Arturo Gatti-Jesse James Lleija promises to be more exciting than the main even IMO. 26 year old Ugandan southpaw Kassim Ouma puts his IBF Light Middleweight title on the line against Las Vegas based Ghanaian Kofi Jantuah. 30 year old Jantuah who is 28-1 (18 ) has been steadily moving into place for a big title shot and crushed Mexican prospect Marco Anotnio Rubio with a massive left hook in the first round on the DLH-Hopkins undercard in September last year.

Ouma meanwhile is 21-1-1 (13) and impressively decisioned Verno Philips in his last fight and had previously stopped the usually durable J.C. Candelo in 10 on the Freitas-Gregorian undercard.

Anyone else looking forward to this fight? I am going for Jantuah by late stoppage.

Yes, looking forward to it very much. I do believe Jantuah is world class and I would like for him to do it (especially after his awful start to his US career). One problem is his opponent, Ouma is very very good.

Its a 50:50 fight - both I think would be very competitive against the likes of Wright, Moseley and DLH.

Very much so.

Kantuah is in the form of his life and I'd pick him to outpoint Ouma.

Great match up :TU:

Yes i also see this as a 50-50 fight but i pick Jantuah just on a gut feeling, in reality it could really go either way.

I make Jantuah a slight favourite. Hunger won't be a question in this fight, so it'll come down to who has the better skills.
