Reid on points but it is all very debatable.
Robin worked hard, hit hard too and was physically a very solid customer indeed.
Top-class amateur grounding too, so Robin is not getting foxed-befuddled much by Degale either.
Degale's laziness/switch off moments always deeply irked me - he just took rounds off and often failed to just see out the session and actually badly lost it and took daft shots - and Reid would jump all over that.
Reid gave Calzaghe a great deal of bother even when beginning to become a B-side fighter.....that fight is one of Joe's more difficult defences.

Reid after the inevitable degale collapse in the 2nd half
Or even the sudden, inexplicable decision to have a costly time-out in the fourth or fifth round....despite having established some decent momentum and not seemingly having emptied the tank to get there
James did annoy me at times - despite the fact he had a profitable and very good career - he just took his foot off the gas too often and got into some messy situations that (even if he won the fight) shortened his overall career span.
He won lots of fights on the way up but getting lumps and bumps that seemed aviodable.
The more I think about this fight...the more I think Reid is bad news.
Reid was good at pressing the issue and hit with plenty of venom and I think Froch would bash-up James as well.
