15 rounds, circa 1982, who wins?

Both lost in 1982 but were considered prime or near prime when the year began. A few years earlier I thought El Gato was the next big thing but he underachieved while Frías was the classic overachiever. Tough call. I would probably say Gonzalez on cuts, 12, because Frias couldn’t have hurt him and while Arturo would probably outwork Gato, I can’t see his skin holding up 15 rounds
