Navarro gets rematch

I know a few lads on here (me included) raised our eyebrows when we saw some strange scoring for the first fight. Think Navarro won a shutout on one card and lost narrowly on two others. Anyway, here's a letter to him from his 'friend' Jose:

WBC President Jose Sulaiman sent today the following letter to super flyweight contender Jose Navarro:

The WBC cast a voting and the result has been finalized regarding your rematch vs. WBC super flyweight champion Katsushige Kawashima.
The WBC unanimously voted to mandate the winner of Kawashima vs. Masamori Tokuyama to fight against you for the WBC super flyweight championship.
The WBC is very proud of the great battle that you had in Japan with a great champion like Kawashima, a great fight that will always be remembered for its drama and competitiveness.
I would like to take this opportunity to send you my most cordial regards and recognize your loyalty, as I have followed your comments about your dreams of becoming a WBC champion since you were just a kid.
The WBC represents 163 countries of the world, and on behalf of all the members of the WBC, I wish you and the winner of the Kawashima-Tokuyama fight great success, as we know that boxing will be brought once again to the highest levels of quality and the winner will be a proud representative of the green and gold WBC belt.
