Just like Arroyo-Edwards, this fight was about to take place once. It was days away and Moore was in Puerto Rico already when he got injured (or maybe, the fight tickets were not selling well enough) and then Buster Drayton later beat Santos and Moore got a shot at Drayton instead.
Sooo....who, how and why??
