My thoughts:

• Oleksandr Usyk achieved less during 2020 than the Charlo brothers - his victory over Chisora wasn't impressive
• Joe Joyce only defeated a British domestic level fighter that hadn't achieved a damn thing at European level
• Gennady Golovkin and Terence Crawford were engaged in horrendous mismatches
• Anthony Joshua's victory over Kubrat Pulev wasn't particularly impressive or significant - he achieved less than the Charlo brothers and Canelo
• Whilst I understand Fury's personal issues enhances his achievement of beating Deontay Wilder, I personally feel that Teofimo Lopez's victory over Vasyl Lomachenko was a far more impressive feat

Roman Gonzalez fought twice and put on excellent performances.

It's a shame that most of the major guys didn't fight twice this year, but I suppose Teofimo's win was the single biggest of the year.

Clay Collard would’ve topped this list had he won his last fight... :OhYes:

But he didn’t so..

Teo had the biggest win of the year. De-throned the p4p #1 in a fight that generated great ratings.

Tyson Fury comes next. Wish all of the dilly dallying for wilder III and Joshua fights hadn’t interfered, and we could’ve seen him defend against decent competition for a second fight. It’s def not Joshua. No disrespect but that win over Pulev isn’t as big as the win Fury got over Wilder.

Next for me is Canelo. What a performance against Callum Smith to begin his reign at 168. Plus he got a TKO outside the ring against GBP and DAZN.

Spence coming back from the car accident was inspirational, and his fight with Garcia was alright in a year that alright fights are good fights.

Last but certainly not least is Choc, whose return to the ring and two dazzling fights gave us something to root for.

Tyson Fury and Teo Lopez are the most obvious candidates. On paper Teo's win was bigger, but his fight was close and it felt like his opponent was just not willing enough. Fury simply looked like a boss.

I'd pick Fury.
