Well, I'd like to see this fight getting made but tbh Andrade would have some major disadvantages. Like 1 year of lay-off, too short period of preparation until Feb. and the issue with the smw weight acclimation. Also it would be a dumb move for Andrade to vacate his mw wbo belt.

BJS is cunning. He's bluffing. If the fight happens , he has all the advantages, if not, then he'd say he wanted to fight Andrade. It's a win-win situation for BJS.

Andrade could fight BJS at 164 lbs c/w and without vacating his mw title. It has to be a fair way for both.

He's also learning to pocket as many prefight advantages as he can get away with from the likes of the careful cherry-picking of Canelo, Crawford and his big buddy Tyson Fury.

He's a sneaky mofo. I want to see this fight so badly but I want it to be fair for both fighters. Andrade has no advantage on his side if he jumps straight up to 168 lbs with no acclimation fights at smw. Also if this fight would happen in UK then Andrade would really need a T/KO win. 164 lbs c/w and Andrade should keep his mw title.

I still think it's just talk and bluffing. BJS knows very well that his wbo strap is the only bargain chip to get a big fight with Canelo. BJS's track record tells us all we need to know about his tactics. But if the fight surprisingly happens at 168 lbs then big props to Andrade for risking so much.

I'm curious to see if they agree to fight and on what terms ? I wonder if Andrade doesn't vacate his mw wbo title can't be in position to fight BJS? It's a must? I think it's just a ploy tactic from cunning BJS to discourage Andrade to not fight him.

andrade doesn't need a inbetween fight to adjust to 168.

he's too shreddin' weight like crazy for his weigh ins to make 60. he is a big dude? 6'1''. no difference AT ALL for him.

only thing is he wouldn't have to half kill himself to make weight & rehydrate.

he's fighting at least at 180.

he would be the same weight in ring & one wouldn't see a difference, just feel better because he doesn't have to make 60 & fill up afterwards.

No doubt that Andrade is a big mw but BJS had some fights at 168 lbs, so he's more comfortable at this weight class than Andrade. It's a good advantage for BJS.
