Golovkin would bash all of them out. And he'd kick Hopkins butt too.

The 2018 Golovkin would probably be even money against the very best Taylor. He'd outbox Trinidad and probably stop him late, same as he would De La Hoya.

If you say the 2015 version of Golovkin he knocks 'em all out, and dominates the fight every step of the way.

I think it'd be a competitive bout, but yes Hopkins dirty tricks would indeed work. He has superior timing and knowing WHEN to attack then Golovkin. Golovkin definitely has more power, and probably equal speed, Hopkins has better timing, and more tricks up his sleeve.

I wouldn't call Hopkins a "Dirty" Fighter. I'd call him a crafty fighter. He didn't just foul relentlessly, but he knew how to get little extra advantages when he needed them. Something like that would give him the edge against Golovkin.

Hopkins also always took a good shot too so I don't see Golovkin stopping him or even knocking him down to be quite honest.

Yup, but 2018 Golovkin beat Canelo which is a great win. I put that version of GGG. But yeah 2012-2015 version of G was fresher and sharper.

GGG beat Jacobs and Canelo ( a very strong and upgraded version of Canelo) which imo is better than any win of Hopkins at mw. Hopkins got beat by Taylor two times.

It hard to say, especially acknowledging that the 1st fight was a quite clear robbery. Canelo is a much more fitting fighter for the MW limit, than Tito, whose best achievements had been lower.

Golovkin most likely wouldn't stop Hopkins, but I see him clearly outworking and outscoring Hopkins. Yes, Hopkins' timing is better, but Golovkin has better speed, power, workrate and punch resistance. Hopkins' timing wouldn't be crucial because of Golovkin's freakish chin.

Ggg vs Taylor is a ggg win. Taylor struggled witb pavliks jab and GGG jab is better and he has better footwork and combinations than pavlik

True. Canelo is big framed and stocky as a fighter. Look at him at 168 lbs! He's even stronger! Canelo was a natural MW fighting at 154 lbs back in the day.

Yup, GGG isn't hard to hit but the problem is he has good timing and power and when he hits you, you feel it! So I think Hopkins would get hit by GGG. Also GGG is a skilled fighter too. You don't win so many fights at ams and beat Jacobs and Canelo just with power. GGG boxed pretty well vs Canelo in their first fight.

I don't understand why people rate so high the win of Hopkins over Tito? Tito was a great fighter but at 147 lbs! It's not like Hopkins beat a fully grown mw in Tito!

At mw Hopkins lost one time vs RJJ two times vs Taylor.(two top mw opponents). Hopkins beat Mercado, JD Jackson, Glen Johnson and Joppy as fully grown mw opponents.

He did. I think his body had outgrown the Middleweight division for the 2 Taylor fights. When he moved up to Light Heavyweight he started performing at a higher level again, he was still good enough to make both Taylor fights close, but I don't think he belonged at 160 anymore by that point.

Who ? It was just William Joppy in a weak mw era. Then that guy lost to all top MW's.
